David was born in 1970, lives near Aberaeron, Ceredigion with his wife Karen and has two young children.

David has 15 years experience as a professional financial adviser and in 1996 was awarded the Financial Planning Certificate following examination by the Chartered Insurance Institute and in December 2003 was awarded the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice Examinations.

Starting with the Prudential as a district agent in the traditional role as “The Man from the Pru” David spent nearly 10 years working as a financial consultant for the Prudential in South and West Wales. Prior to that he was an appointed representative of Equity and Law (now AXA).

David is the Financial Director of Western Welsh Financial Services and is a fluent Welsh speaker who conducts a significant volume of his business through the medium of Welsh.
